Openframe Return Policy

Openframe LLC fulfills print products through professional production partners. Because most items are produced on demand, returns are handled under the guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Items arrive damaged

  • Items arrive defective

  • Incorrect items were shipped

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless damaged or defective)

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, contact:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Our support team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours.


Return Approval Process

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you will receive return instructions or a replacement confirmation.


Replacement and Resolution Options

When a return is approved, Openframe may provide:

  • Replacement product

  • Refund

  • Store credit

The resolution method will depend on product availability and fulfillment status.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to product defect or fulfillment error, return shipping costs will be covered by Openframe.

Returns requested for reasons outside of eligibility criteria are not covered.
